The Godox SL150W II is a cheaper model that can do well as VL150 but does not come with support for an external battery like VL150. PERFECT FOR A RANGE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: The VL150 is a powerful solution for Newborn, Still Life, Portrait, Video, Interviews, youtube videos, Green Screen and professional cinematographers. NOTE: Please be aware when using the high-powered LED COB chips although these will produce little heat, you will need to ensure sufficient airflow when using a modifier to avoid causing damage to the light or modifier. The FV150 also features a Bowens type S-fit fitting allowing you to attach a large range of accessories and modifiers. In regard to the mounts, both the UL-60 and UL-150 share the same Bowens S-Type Mount, to allow these to be used with a selection of different light modifiers such as Softboxes and Diffusers.

Coupled with the remote, it lets you control your light from where you are without going to the control box.
